01How do I receive a digital product?
After a successful checkout, download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your account when account access is available.
02Can I use purchased assets commercially?
Products marked for commercial use may be used in your own content or client work under the included license. The source files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
03What happens if a download is missing or damaged?
Contact support with the order number and product name. Mad Dogs Vault will verify the order and replace a missing or damaged file when possible.
04What should I include in a custom design brief?
Include the platform, dimensions, audience, deadline, preferred style, required text, and a few visual references.
05How do custom design revisions work?
Revision scope is confirmed with the project quote. Revisions refine the approved direction; a completely new direction may require a revised quote.
06Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Product and project questions can be sent through the contact page with the order or project details.
