Refund policy

Clear support for digital purchases.

Digital products are delivered immediately, so refunds are handled differently from physical goods. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Digital downloads

Completed digital purchases are generally final once files have been accessed. Contact support if a file is missing, damaged, materially different from its description, or cannot be used as documented.

Duplicate purchases

If the same product was purchased twice by mistake, contact support with both order numbers so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed.

Custom design work

Deposits and completed milestones cover reserved time and work already performed. Cancellation and refund terms for custom projects are confirmed in the project quote.

Requesting help

Send the order number, product name, a description of the issue, and screenshots when useful. Support will first try to restore access or provide a working replacement.
